Responsible for supervising food and beverage service operations including allocation of duty areas, mise-en-scene, taking orders, etc. Ability to understand guest requirements and to up sell food and beverage items is critical to be successful in this role. Other main duties staff training, inventory management, menu planning & development, handling guest queries and assisting the restaurant manager in stock control, inventory management & minimising waste. We are looking for a person with hands-on experience of working at a similar level for five star hotels or fine dining restaurants.
