Description: Coventry Health Care is seeking a Claims Quality Manager in one of the following Service Center locations: - Scottsdale, Arizona - Salt Lake City, Utah - Bismarck, North Dakota - Houston, Texas - Cranberry, Pennsylvania - Moon Township, Pennsylvania - Newark, Delaware As a strategic member of the Customer Service Operations Team, the successful candidate will be responsible for management, delivery, implementation, and maintenance of the claim and/or quality programs including defect measurement and management, and focused and random auditing for Customer Service Operations In addition, the candidate will be responsible for maintaining effective communication between the quality team, management, and customers. ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIES - Responsible for the delivery, implementation, and maintenance of the quality program including defect measurement and management, and focused and random auditing for Customer Service Operations. - Builds and administers a business plan to meet or exceed the goals of the quality program.
