Sous Chef We are looking for Sous Chefs with strong leadership skills and the ability to train, educate and motivate staff. The Sous Chef supervises and participates in the production, preparation and presentation of all foods to ensure consistent high quality food, presentation, and guest satisfaction. Additionally, this individual is responsible for providing a safe, sanitary work environment, which conforms to all standards and regulations and achieves profitable, competitive quality products. Qualified candidates will have a minimum of 2 years Sous Chef experience in a high volume restaurant along with advanced knowledge of the principles and practices within the food profession.
